♦ Word on the street, among hardcore addicts in Salisbury, N.C., is that heroin is the ruling king here.  Black tar heroin is said to be an easy score on the streets.

Meth is gaining ground in Salisbury on heroin because of Meth’s easy availability and its recent growth in popularity the city’s minority neighborhoods.  In years past meth was considered “county”.

Crack  ranks 3rd and Hillbilly Heroin (Oxycodone) comes in 4th.
