♦ The Joint Planning Committee for the Rowan County Commissioners & the Board of Education will Meet Tuesday August 12th at 4 p.m. to 6 p.m. The meeting will be held in the J. Newton Cohen, Sr. Rowan County Administration Building, second floor in the J. Newton Cohen, Sr. Room, 130 West Innes Street, Salisbury, N.C. The purpose of the meetings are to discuss and help create a comprehensive Capital Improvement Plan that will address the long term needs of the Rowan-Salisbury School System.
