♦ A complete video of August 12th meeting of the Joint Planning Committee (JPC) between representatives of the Rowan County Commissioners and the Rowan-Salisbury Board of Education. The Joint Planning Committee was created with the intention of fostering better communications between the two bodies about the school system’s capital projects.
For an unbiased reporting of any governmental body meeting nothing can compete with a complete video of those proceedings. With complete videos nothing is added, subtracted, or filtered through the lens of any written report. Complete video accounts are a requirement for transparency and the public’s need to know.
