♦ According to Salisbury Police sources some 8 break-ins occurred during the past week in Salisbury. Many of these burglaries took place in the North and East sections of the city.
Many of those victimized, were burgled at night when they were out working or visiting. Although the break-ins were not yet tied together, the thieves stole mostly electronics like computers, TVs, video game devices, and jewelry and left homes a mess in their search for valuables.
Like many persons victimized by break-ins, victims often feel unsafe afterwards and desire to dwell elsewhere.
