♦ David Ray Stiller, 29, of the 300 block of W. Miller Street in Salisbury, N.C. was arrested outside his home on Saturday and charged with concealing a meat cleaver, brass knuckles, and a wooden club. Salisbury Police also found in Stiller’s possession: a hypodermic needle, a spoon with brown residue, and plastic baggies packaging a controlled substance.
Stiller was charged with 3 counts of carrying a concealed weapon and 3 counts of possessing drug paraphernalia.
Held on a $2,500 bond, Stiller is now in the Rowan County Detention Center.
