♦ Monday County Commission Chairman Jim Sides informed the Rowan Free Press that the West End Plaza added two new stores to its roster of retailers: Magie’s Carpets and The Family Closet 2 Consignment Shop.
The leases for Magie’s Carpets is for 2,700 square feet and for The Family Closet 2 Consignment Shop is for 2,880 square feet. The new retail stores leases will help pay for the West End Plaza’s upkeep.
