♦ Salisbury City Councilwoman Karen Alexander, at City Council’s “Special-Use Permit” hearing for the West End Plaza, said that the K&W Cafeteria was closing at the West End Plaza. This recent letter from K&W’s corporate offices appears to tell us something different. The K&W Cafeteria at the West End Plaza is alive and well and is crowded with customers at lunch and dinner.
