♦ Salisbury Police discovered Denerio Robinson, Sr., 30, of Salisbury and Demario O’Bryan Bost, 26, of the 400 block of Henderson St. in East Spencer passed out in a Honda on the 100 block of East Innes around 11 p.m. Saturday night. When police arrived on the scene, they found both men unconscious with the remnants of fast food meal scattered around them. After Denerio Robinson failed to initially regain consciousness, the Police called Rowan EMS to the scene.
When officers attempted to search Bost, he resisted. After a brief struggle the officers removed a .38 revolver from Bost’s pocket. Bost was charged with 2 counts misdemeanor resist, delay, obstruct an officer, misdemeanor carrying a concealed weapon and misdemeanor disorderly conduct. Robinson was issued a citation for driving while impaired.
Both men have previous records. Robinson was convicted of misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia, failure to appear/comply, Possession with intent to M/S/D controlled substance Schedule VI, and sell/deliver control substance Schedule VI.
Bost, last September punched an X-ray technician at Novant Health Rowan Medical Center and was charged with assault. Bost has previous convictions of resisting arrest, disorderly conduct, communicating threats, assault with a deadly weapon, assault by pointing a gun, possession of drug paraphernalia, driving while license revoked, and assault on a government official.
