♦ Here’s an article meant for my many friends in Salisbury, N.C. and Rowan County who are curious about where I’m living. My new home in Madison, Wisconsin is exemplary–a city really to glow about and a model for Salisbury, N.C. if it would care to grow in a truly reality-based direction and away from fake vibrancy, government corruption, and having its direction and the county’s direction controlled and stunted by a few self-absorbed families. Rather here is city that has everything. Madison just happens to be nestled in a place of great natural beauty and shares its cityhood with an outstanding University. There is no visible pretense here or attempts to hide what is happening.
