Martinez was charged with a single count of possession of a weapon by a prisoner. He is being held under a $260,000 bond at the Rowan County Detention Center under charges of manufacturing, possessing, and trafficking methamphetamine. Martinez was arrested in early November for a major meth operation in Rowan County.
