♦ Received numerous complaints about Fibrant’s phones being out for nearly 2 days on Thursday, January 22nd and Friday, January 23rd (Some longer). They finally did restore most of the service to its phone customers today. Fibrant is laying the blame on its alleged phone signal provider Metacom.
This loss of phones must be incredibly problematic for persons running businesses and having to depend on Fibrant’s grossly over-priced phone service. It was only on January 10th that Fibrant’s internet crashed for 18 hours. Go Amerika’s Gig City!
Let us remind you MagicJackGo VOIP phone is super cheap, works great and can be utilized with any high-speed internet even Fibrant if you are still stuck with their contract. Google Voice is FREE. Most folks use their smart phones and skip landlines. Being out 2 days is the kind of service you’d expect from over-priced and poorly performing Fibrant. As their recycled equipment continues to “mature” we expect nastier outages.
