♦ Brian Keith Hall, 32, of Eastwood Drive in Salisbury turned himself on Saturday to face 3 charges of misdemeanor death by motor vehicle in the deaths of three women resulting from a October 21st  traffic accident at the intersection of Jake Alexander Blvd. and Ivey Street.  Vivian Tutterow,57, of Mocksville, N.C. and Hattie Smith McCulloh, 93, of Advance, N.C. perished at the site of the crash while Vivian Leona McCulluh,82, airlifted to Wake Forest Baptist Hospital in Winston-Salem, died a week later.

The three women who died in the accident were in a burgundy Honda Accord driven by Pamela McCulluh,61, of Greensboro.  The Honda Accord was said to have come to a full stop on Jake Alexander, S. Blvd and was facing Faith Road when the white Chevvy Silvarado pickup, driven by Hall, rear ended the Honda Accord.  Hall was alleged not to have decreased speed necessary to avoid collision.

After turning himself in Hall was briefly in the Rowan County Detention Center before he was released on a $3,000 secured bond.
