♦According to the Local Government Commission’s schedule for 2013 the next LGC Executive Committee meeting won’t be until November 5th the day after city council elections. The LGC Executive Committee will give the downtown Central Office charade its last rites and politely pat Salisbury’s city manager on his head. “Nice try Skippy”.
With at least 3 huge overwhelming barriers against the Taj Mahal getting by the LGC, look for the city to run its usual blame game against the county. City hall must’ve known all the while that their presentation to the LGC was nothing more than a 90 degree kamikaze dive into an empty swimming pool.
