♦ Dwayne Jaquan Means, Jr, 22, a homeless armed robbery fugitive from Salisbury, N.C., was arrested Saturday by Salisbury Police after fleeing out the back door of a home on the 700 block of Reed Street.
Means, facing felony warrants from the Spencer Police for an April 2014 robbery with firearms or other dangerous weapons, burglary (first degree), and assault on a female, was arrested by Salisbury Police for possession of a controlled substance schedule VI (marijuana) and possession of drug paraphernalia. Means was also wanted for a probation violation from April 2013.
Police recovered digital scales and 4.7 grams of pot from the Reed Street house.
Means, under a $65,000 secured bond, is currently locked up in the Rowan County Detention Center.
