Deandre Damon Crawford and His Sister Busted for Allegedly Selling Crack and Reefer in Drug Plagued Salisbury, N.C.

♦ Wednesday Salisbury Police arrested Deandre Damon Crawford, 21, and his sister Denetra Danelle Crawford, 23, at the Pine Hills Apartments on the 400 block of West 15th Street in Salisbury.  Also rounded up was Christopher Wayne Jackson, 27, of the 200 block of Pickle Avenue.  Three youngsters were in the apartment at the time the warrants were served.

Seized in the raid were 5.3 grams of crack cocaine, 104 grams of Crack Cocaine, approximately $185 in cash, and a .125-caliber handgun.  The Police employed informants who made several purchases during a month long investigation.

Deandre Damon Crawford was charged with a single count of resist, delay, obstruct a public officer (misdemeanor), three counts felony possession by a felon of a firearm, felony carrying a concealed gun, felony possession with intent to manufacture/sell/deliver a controlled substance schedule II (crack cocaine), felony possession with intent to manufacture/sell/deliver a controlled substance schedule II; misdemeanor possession of a controlled substance schedule VI (marijuana), four counts possession with intent to manufacture, sell and deliver a controlled substance schedule VI and misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia.  Under a secured $50,000 bond, he is being held in the Rowan County Detention Center.

Denetra Danelle Crawford was charged with felony possession with intent to manufacture/sell/deliver a controlled substance schedule VI, felony possession with intent to manufacture/sell/deliver a controlled substance II, misdemeanor maintain a dwelling place for controlled substances, misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia and felony sell/deliver within a 300 feet of a school property. She is under a $7,500 secured bond and is presently in the Rowan County Detention Center.

Christopher Wayne Jackson was charged with felony possession with intent to manufacture/sell/deliver a controlled substance schedule II, felony possession with intent to manufacture/sell/ deliver a controlled substance schedule VI, two counts of misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia, felony sell/deliver within 300 feet of a school property.  Jackson is under a $15,000 secured bond and is being held at the Rowan County Detention Center.
