♦ Dunkin’ Donuts, the nation’s largest donut and coffee chain, opened for business on East Innes Street in Salisbury on Marriot Circle by 1-85. With so many stores and businesses folding in hard hit Salisbury in recent months, the opening of the city’s 2nd Dunkin’ Donuts brings a ray of hope as well as great donuts, coffee, and breakfast and lunch specialty sandwiches.
The 2nd edition of Dunkin’ Donuts also carries Baskin-Robbins ice cream along with their Dunkin’ Donuts award winning coffee and donut treats. The newest Salisbury Dunkin’ Donuts will have drive-through service and will be open daily from 5:30 a.m. to 10 p.m. The city’s first Dunkin’ Donuts on the other side of town on Jake Alexander Blvd near Lincolnton Road.
