♦Today at 3PM the Rowan County Commissioners met and were led in the “Lord’s Prayer” by Commissioner Chad Mitchell. Soon afterwards, during the public commentary, County Chaplain Michael Taylor handed out New Testaments and delivered a Christian Prayer.
