♦As to the mall property, we are positioning ourselves to be able to bid, therefore the approval of the $25,000.00 check. We are exploring options for future capital needs of the county and the mall might be a viable option to potentially meet many of those needs for years to come. The check allows us access to detailed information related to the mall property and allows us to do some due diligence before actually deciding whether to bid or not.
