♦ Brian Tracey Carroll,45, of 2828 Deal Road in Rowan County, N.C., was arrested while displaying full frontal nudity and exposing his private parts while sitting on his back porch within view of a neighbor’s teenage daughter riding a horse on her parent’s property.
Saturday afternoon Carroll’s neighbor John Ault called in a complaint to the Rowan Sheriff’s Office about his neighbor on Deal Road who sat nude in the yard with only a towel around his neck. When Sheriff’s deputies arrived, Carroll told them his neighbor “p***ed” him off so he wasn’t going to put on any clothes. When deputies asked Carroll if he told his neighbor he had an AK-47 and “knew how to use it”, Carroll admitted he did and laughed. Carroll was said to be drinking. The deputies learned Carroll was disabled.
Carroll was charged with indecent exposure and communicating threats. On Saturday night he was placed under a $2,000 secured bond and booked into the Rowan County Detention Center where he has since been released.
