Robert Henry Fink, Jr., a Wheelchair Bound Man, was Arrested for Alleged Kiddie Porn Wednesday in Rowan County

♦ Robert Henry Fink, Jr. a disabled man living on Stokes Ferry Road in Rowan County was arrested Wednesday by Rowan Sheriff’s Office deputies after an investigation conducted by the State Bureau of Investigation (SBI). The SBI tracked Fink’s IP and home address on his computer which later led to the computer’s seizure.

Images located on Fink’s computer included photographs of 5 to 10 year old girls and their genitalia.  The SBI investigation began last October.

Fink was charged  with 3 counts sexual exploitation/permitting a minor to engage in sex (felony).  His secured bond was set at $20,000 and he is now in the Rowan County Detention Center after being transported there by Rowan EMS.
