♦Fibrant, no doubt the worst performing internet service in North Carolina, went down again on Saturday creating havoc for the businesses still using it and for Fibrant’s diminishing subscribership. Saturday’s outage was the 4th in as many weeks.
On the city government website they avoid using Fibrant’s name and just post its phone number with this apology: “We apologize for any inconvenience you may experience. Please contact: (704) 216-7567 with any questions you may have.”
Who will city hall be blame next for this latest outage?
Fibrant will be undergoing more “maintenance” in the early morning hours. Keep your fingers crossed.
