♦ Patrick LeWayne Evans, aka LaWayne 23, of the 500 block of W. McCubbins Street in Salisbury, was arrested May 21st by the Salisbury Police after the probation office searched Evan’s car and residence and found him in possession of MDMA, over an ounce of Marijuana, a scale, a .22 Caliber rifle, a large box of ammunition, and a hunting knife.
On parole, Evans was arrested and charged with possession with intent to manufacture/sell/distribute a controlled substance Schedule I (felony), Possession with intent to manufacture/sell/distribute a controlled substance schedule IV (felony), simple possession of a schedule III substance (misdemeanor), possession of a controlled substance schedule I (Misdemeanor), possession of a controlled substance schedule VI (misdemeanor), possession of drug paraphernalia (misdemeanor), sell/deliver within 1000 feet of a school property (felony) ,and probation violation (felony).
Under a secure $330,000 bond, Evans is now in the Rowan County Detention Center.
