♦ The Rowan County Commissioners voted today 5 to 0 to appeal the prayer decision to the 4th District Court of Appeals. Chairman Greg Edds, Mike Caskey, Jim Greene, Judy Klusman, and Craig Pierce all voted to appeal the Prayer Decision in front of a packed house in the County Commissioner chamber.
