♦ Maximo Nmn Enriquez, 77, of the 700 block of Victory Street in Salisbury, allegedly lured a 6-year-old neighbor girl to his home on Monday at approximately 7:15 p.m. and took indecent liberties with her in the form of touching.
A neighbor reported to the police that he saw Enriquez indecently touching the child at the Victory Street address. The neighbor also alerted a member of the child’s family.
The Salisbury Police arrested Enriquez and charged him with indecent liberties with children (felony). Placed under a $25,000 secured bond, Enriquez is now in the Rowan County Detention Center.
