♦ Anger boiled up yesterday in Salisbury, North Carolina as 2 dozen Confederate flag waving protestors ringed the Confederate Monument at Innes Street and Church. In the video Dee Dee Wright a West End activist and sometimes critic of City Hall, expresses her anger about the protestors. Dee Dee states on camera: “This is their right. This is their heritage…They don’t have a heritage. They’re albinos. They have no color. This country, the world is made up 2/3 of people of color. So I’m just so saddened by them, to think that this is the way of doing what is right. They don’t know anything.”
