♦ Late this afternoon the Rowan Free Press was informed that the Wallace Family would donate $320,196 for the dome on the new central office at 500 North Main in Salisbury.
The donation of money for the dome will no doubt speed the process for the new Central Office, known as the Wallace Forum, to be completed. The donation will also save school system funds from being spent on construction changes created by a missing dome.
