♦ Here is the recently posted “Amendment to the Chapter 10 Housing Ordinance”, adopted August 18, 2015, which details how the Salisbury’s present city government “might” address vacant, neglected, or abandoned properties now said to be between 700 to 800 properties. Lacking the money to implement much of this ordinance in an impactful way and recognizing City Hall’s track record for frequently abusing codes in a selective fashion, here is the amendment as it is now appears in city documents:
