Program on the “Elmira Prison” at 6:30 P.M. on Wednesday, November 11th at Gay’s Chapel Methodist Church in Salisbury, N.C.

♦ The Rowan SCV will present a program on the notorious Civil War Union prison in Elmira, N.Y. “The Elmira Prison”.  The program will be presented by Tom Fagart of the Jonas Cook Camp.  Since the Rowan Public Library will be closed Wednesday for Veteran’s Day, there will be a shift in venue.  This Wednesday November 11th at 6:30 p.m. the program will be held at Gay’s Chapel Methodist Church at 5545 Woodleaf Road in Salisbury, N.C.  The program is free and open to the public.

To find Gay’s Chapel Methodist Church turn on Woodleaf Road off of Jake Alexander Blvd. go 3.6 miles, and the church is on the left.
