♦ The Chairman of the Rowan County Board of Commissioners has called a Special Meeting on Monday, December 21, 2015 at 9:00 a.m. The meeting will take place in the J. Newton Cohen, Sr. Room on the second floor of the J. Newton Cohen Sr. Rowan County Administration Building, located at 130 West Innes Street, Salisbury, NC.
The purpose of the meeting will be to hold a Closed Session in accordance with General Statute § 143-318.11 (a)(4) to discuss an economic development matter for the proposed development of property consisting of approximately 30 acres located off Chamandy Drive.
If there is a vote after the closed session the RFP will post a short video.
