♦ Walter “Bug” Daugherty,46, of Salisbury, allegedly stole an 18-pack of Bud Light Sunday morning from the Circle K convenience store at 1015 East Innes Street in Salisbury and got arrested with his alleged bargain pack and some “crack” about 10 minutes minutes later at McDonald’s down the street. Bad luck and trouble seem to follow “Bug”. When an Police officer searched “Bug” by the Golden Arches, his pockets revealed a “crack” pipe and a gram of “crack”.
Matching the description of the suspect caught on the Circle K’s surveillance video, Daugherty offered no resistance when he was handcuffed.
Arrested and charged with misdemeanor larceny, possession of a controlled substance Schedule II (felony), possession of drug paraphernalia (misdemeanor)
