♦ Levi Dwayne Pruitt, 44, who owns a lengthy criminal history and dwells at of 1911 Calvin Street in Salisbury, was arrested Friday for allegedly selling crack and heroin on multiple occasions to drug informant in Salisbury, N.C. sting.
According to law enforcement sources Pruitt allegedly sold crack and heroin to a drug informant on multiple occasions during 2015. Cited dates of drug sales were September 24th, October 18th, November 12th, and November 19th. Pruitt was also alleged to possess both crack and heroin at the time of his arrest.
Pruitt’s charges include possession with intent to manufacture/sell/distribute controlled substance schedule II (felony), Selling/deliver a controlled substance schedule II (felony), 2 counts of trafficking heroin or opium (felony), and possession of controlled substance schedule II (felony).
