♦ Rowan-Salisbury School Board “Work Session” at Wallace Educational Forum at 1 p.m. Monday, May 9th at 500 North Main Street in Salisbury. According to the agenda the following items will be discussed:
• The meeting notification process and meeting start times. Most working persons can not make it to meetings at 1 p.m. or anytime before 5 p.m.
• A discussion of potential of meetings being live streamed.
• A discussion of BoE Policy 2125/7315 confidential information.
• A discussion of BoE Policy regarding weapons and explosives.
• A request for a $.25 per school meal price change with the exception of breakfast which will remain the same.
• Update on the Achieve 3000 literacy program.
