♦ Kenneth William Goodwin, 61, of Salisbury was arrested by Salisbury Police officers early Saturday morning for allegedly assaulting Tiffaney Marianna Sanchez, 31, at her apartment at 120 North Craige Street in Salisbury. According to police sources Ms. Sanchez was alleged to have sustained minor injuries during a domestic altercation.

Goodwin was charged with assault on a female (misdemeanor). Under no bond, Goodwin was placed in the Rowan County Detention Center. His first hearing is set for September 15th.
