♦ Keith Alan Barbee, Jr., 33, convicted sex offender formerly living at 1025 Bear Poplar Road in Cleveland, was arrested Wednesday night for allegedly using a social media website page and failing to notify the authorities of a changed online I.D.
Back in March of 2002 Barbee was convicted of 2 counts of first degree sex offense in Davie County.

Barbee was charged with sex offense–use of social website (felony) and failure to notify of change of online I.D. (felony). Under a secured $5,000 bond, he is being held in the Rowan County Detention Center.
