♦ According to sources in the Salisbury Police Department Thomas Gerhard Emmesberger, 18, a panhandler living on the streets of Salisbury, already locked up in the Rowan County Detention Center for the alleged armed robberies of both the AutoZone store and Speedway filling station on E. Innes Street in Salisbury, was additionally charged with the October 12th alleged armed robbery of the Circle K on 1015 E. Innes Street on Monday. The new charges were expected as far back as the mid-October. Allegedly Emmesberger was identified on the Circle K’s security cam video and IDed by employees.

Emmesberger is now charged with 3 counts of robbery with firearms and other dangerous weapons (felony). Under a secured $200,000 bond, Emmesberger remains in the Rowan County Detention Center.
