♦ Sources in the Rowan County Sherriff’s Office report that Kenneth Derrell “Dutch” Lark, 34, living at 1020 West Monroe Street, was arrested Thursday. He and Demarco Antioine Oglesby, 38, of the same address, were the focus were the focus of a two month undercover drug investigation conducted by the Salisbury Police along with the Rowan County Sheriff’s Office, ALE, and the Office of Homeland Security.
Kenneth Derrell “Dutch” Lark:
Lark was charged with resist/delay/obstruct a public officer (misdemeanor), maintain dwelling/vehicle for controlled substance (felony), possession with intent to manufacture/sell/distribute a controlled substance schedule VI (felony), trafficking heroin or opium (felony), traffic in cocaine (felony), and possession of drug paraphernalia (misdemeanor),
Lark was released on bond.
