♦ Salisbury Police sources reported that a man was shot while he was walking by 1415 Filbert Street near Willow Street in Salisbury prior to 4 p.m. The man’s name and condition have not been released at this time. According to emergency services workers the man was transported to Novant Rowan Regional Medical Center in a private car.
The crime scene was quickly secured. Yellow crime scene tape stretched across Filbert Street while investigators checked out the area and spoke with neighbors.
