♦ According to Rowan County Sheriff’s Office sources Justin Scott Long, 28, of 1060 Farm Creek Road in Salisbury and Jeremy Edward Moss, 30 of 295 Hyde Road in Salisbury were arrested Monday at 10 a.m. for allegedly running a meth lab operation at 1060 Farm Creek Road.

The County Sheriff’s Office conducted a month long investigation and observation on the mobile home on Farm Creek Road. When they closed the show on the two men, the Sheriff’s Office wwas joined in serving the search warrant and processing the lab by the N.C. SBI, the SBI Clandestine Laboratory Response Team, the Salisbury Police Department, and the Granite Quarry-Faith Police Department. Supporting law enforcement in the operation with site safety were the Rockwell Rural Fire Department, Rowan County EMS, and the Rowan County Rescue Squad.
Found on the property were two active one-pot “shake and bake” labs as well as other one-pot labs. Precursor chemicals, used in “meth” manufacture, were also located.
Both Long and Moss were charged with manufacture controlled substance schedule I (felony), maintain dwelling/vehicle for controlled substance (felony), possess immediate precursor chemical (felony), and traffic in methamphetamine (felony). Under the same secure $120,000 bonds, both Long and Moss are in the Rowan County Detention Center.
