♦ Salisbury Police sources report that Wendy Lynn Shutt, 33, of Spencer Street in E. Spencer and Chioma Ada Nwafor, 33, of Grant Street in E. Spencer, were arrested Wednesday at 1:57 p.m. by 802 N. Long Street in Salisbury for allegedly delivering 2.1 grams of crack to an undercover Salisbury Police officer.
Shutt was charged with possession with intent to manufacture/sell/distribute controlled substance schedule II (felony). Under a secured $20,000 bond, she is being held in the Rowan County Detention Center.
Nwafor was charged with attempt and conspiracy; penalties (felony) and maintain a dwelling/vehicle for a controlled substance (misdemeanor). Under a secured $20,000 bond, she was held in the Rowan County Detention Center before her release on bond.
