♦ According to Salisbury Police sources Ms. Richelle Hunter, 27, of Salisbury was the victim of a robbery and being sexually groped at Wallace Commons 1371 Klumac Road Monday night. The robbery, taking place in the parking lot at Longhorn Steakhouse, was reported to 911 dispatch at 9:40 p.m.
Hunter was shopping in several stores in Wallace Commons after dark in Salisbury. Hunter told Salisbury Police investigators after she left the Ulta Shop to go to Michael’s craft store, she believed a man was stalking her. In Michael’s the man allegedly offered sexual suggestions to Hunter, then abruptly grabbed her buttocks. The woman hurried off to the register, paid for several items, then left the store. The man followed her out. He offered to help her place her purchases in her car trunk. She refused and drove off across the lot to the Longhorn Steakhouse parking lot.
Trouble followed Hunter as she parked her vehicle. A second male approached her and attempted to panhandle a cigarette. Hunter told him she didn’t have any. She then drove her vehicle to a better lit area of the Longhorn parking lot. A second man, emerging from the shrubbery nearby, ran up to her car and pulled her door open. He allegedly grabbed at money on her console. Hunter attempted to ward her off. The suspect, later identified as William Pierre Hargrave, 21, of Harrel Street in Salisbury, gruffly told his victim: “Give it up or I’ll blow your head off!” No gun was displayed.
