♦ Back on February 28th the Rowan Free Press reported the mysterious homicide of Eugene Jones II of Fayetteville, N.C. at a Salisbury home at 535 Union Heights Boulevard and the equally mysterious disappearance of a Salisbury Police Department report from their website. This morning that mystery unraveled when Salisbury Police sources reported that Kavonceya Iman Cornelius AKA Kenneth Rudolph Cornelius, 42, a transgender female was arrested by police officers for allegedly conducting illegal medical procedures (breast augmentation) employing non-medical silicone. This led to Jones’s death. Jones returned to her home at 1123 Southwood Drive, Fayetteville, N.C. where she expired in January 12th when the silicone invaded her lungs and heart. A report about her cause of death of returned by the medical examiner.
The police were alerted by another a 29 year-old transgender victim Kaniya Eboni Bernard from Greenville, N.C. on February 13th who allegedly suffered from serious health complications after receiving 15 injections in her buttocks from Cornelius who is unlicensed to practice medicine. The silicone made its way into Barnard’s lungs and led to dangerously labored breathing. It said she still suffers from complications.

A warrant was served Monday. Cornelius is charged with murder (second-degree). Under no bond, Cornelius is being held in the Rowan County Detention Center. Her first court appearance is slated for Wednesday.
