Salisbury: Woman’s Car Shot Up on Reed’s Lane Wednesday Night. Police Locate Shell Casings at Crime Scene

♦ According to Salisbury Police sources Nicole Lee, 25, living at 711 Reed’s Lane in Salisbury, was the victim of weapons–firearms on Wednesday night when an unidentified individual fired shots into Lee’s 2008 gray 4-door Chevrolet HHR, damaging it.  The car was parked in front of Lee’s Reed’s Lane home.  Reed called 911 dispatch at 11:18 p.m. and officers arrived a short time later.  Investigators at the crime scene found shell casings from a handgun in front of the property.

According to reports, Lee was acquainted with the suspect.  Mercifully no one was injured.  The exact damage to the car was not yet recorded and neither was the vehicle’s current value.

The case remains open.  No motive for the shooting was revealed and no arrests were made.
