Erica Jesson Fox, Felon, Busted Wednesday by Sheriff’s Deputies for Alleged Meth and Heroin Peddling at N. Main Street in Salisbury

♦ Rowan County Sheriff’s Office sources report that Erica Jesson Fox, 28, a convicted felon and most recently living in the Rowan County area was arrested on May 8th at 10:30 a.m. in the parking lot of A&L Mini Mart at 103 N. Main in Faith for allegedly for peddling meth and heroin.  Fox was arrested again on Wednesday, May 31st for additional charges at 232 N. Main Street in Salisbury.

Fox is charged with possession of controlled substance schedule II (felony), maintain a dwelling/vehicle for controlled substance (felony), possession with intent to manufacture/sell/deliver controlled substance I (felony), possession with intent to manufacture/sell/deliver a controlled substance schedule II (felony), sell methamphetamine (felony), and sell heroin (felony).

Under a secured $2,500 bond, Fox is being held in the Rowan County Detention Center. Her next court date is on June 14th.
