Salisbury: Two Cars Shot-Up on East Cemetery Street Sunday. A Ford Escape and a Saturn Sustain $500 Worth of Gunshot Damage

♦ Salisbury Police sources report that Tierra Robinson, 30, and Jalasha Massey, 24, of the 600 block of East Cemetery Street were victims of weapons-firearms and miscellaneous property damage on Sunday.  2 cars belonging to the women, 2001 red Ford Escape 4-door SUV and a 1999 Gray Saturn were shot-up by a stranger armed with a handgun at 604 East Cemetery Street.  Shell casings and a bullet were recovered.  The crime was reported to 911 dispatch at 1:01 a.m.  The Salisbury Police responded to the scene and conducted an investigation.  Shots were reported heard fired in the area.

No injuries were reported.  However the Saturn sustained $200 damage to its door and the Ford Escape SUV’s window and seat were damaged by gunshots.  The window damage was assessed at $200 and the seat damage was valued at $100. Mercifully no one was wounded.

The case remains under investigation.  No suspects have been named yet.
