♦ Salisbury Police sources report that Andra Lavar “Dray” Black, 35, 0f 2126 Airport Road was arrested Wednesday at 10:54 a.m in a parked car by 1708 2nd Street. Black, who had 2 outstanding felony warrants for drug charges was spotted in the passenger seat. When officers approached the vehicle, Black allegedly attempted to hide something by his leg. Ordered to quit moving, Black allegedly failed to comply. After the car door was pulled opened, a scuffle ensued. Black allegedly shoved an officer. An officer used a taser on Black to make him submit. Prior to being brought under submission, Black allegedly flung .6 grams of crack into nearby shrubs. Officers allegedly seized a crack pipe, a used syringe, and $80 in cash.
No one was injured during the scuffle.
