♦ Salisbury Police sources reported that today on Monday July 17th, 2017 Salisbury Police investigators testified before the Rowan County Grand Jury, who returned a true bill for the 2nd degree murder of Tazman Jamal Stockdale, 27, living on Chesapeake Drive in Salisbury.
Back on February 17th, 2017 the Salisbury responded to a 911 dispatch to 312 Oakwood Avenue concerning a disturbance. Upon their arrival they found Demario O’Brian Bost, 28, of East Spencer, has expired from a gunshot.
Stockdale turned himself in at the Salisbury Police Department when he was notified of an outstanding warrant for his arrest. Under a secured $500,000 bond, he is being held in the Rowan County Detention Center. He was charged with murder (2nd degree) (felony) and breaking and entering-building (misdemeanor).

♦ According to Salisbury Police sources Demario Obryan “Fufu” Bost, 28, of East Spencer was shot to death at 312 Oakwood Avenue near Reynolds Street in Salisbury. According to Captain Sheila Lingle of the Salisbury Police the shooting was the result of a domestic dispute. The killing took place sometime around 9 p.m. and brought many police and Sheriff’s Office vehicles into area. Mr. Bost received CPR at the scene from first responders, but expired.
The unidentified female homicide suspect was not yet in custody early Saturday morning according to police sources.
Investigators spread yellow and black crime scene tape in front of 312 Oakwood Avenue, searched the crime scene for shell casings and other evidence while detectives spoke with neighbors. The Rowan County Sheriff’s Office and the SBI joined in the investigation.
