♦ Salisbury Police sources report that Jacob Kaiser, 23, of Ted Lane in Salisbury, Tanner Watson, 20, of W. Main Street in Rockwell, and the Walmart Super Center at 323 S. Arlington Street, Salisbury were victims on Sunday of “robbery-firearm”, “all other kidnapping”, “larceny-shop lifting”, and “all other tresspass”. The crimes were reported to 911 dispatch at 11:05 p.m. and brought rapid response police response according to alarmed bystanders.  The crime was said to start inside Salisbury’s number one retailer as a shoplifting.  At some point a handgun was displayed by the perpetrators and the victims were forced outside at gunpoint, turning the crime into a kidnapping.

It was reported that $134 worth items were stolen. (See the manifest below from the Police Event Report).  Mercifully no one was reported injured during crime.  The police will likely be reviewing security camera videos of both the lot and the Walmart Super Center’s interior which may yield evidence.  The police are looking for the suspect’s blue Jeep SUV.
