♦While alcoholism and major drug abuse are a widespread and growing problem in Salisbury, N.C., the city’s numerous treatment centers offer hope for Crack, Heroin, and Meth Addicts. Salisbury also has a roster of Alcoholic’s Anonymous, Narcotics Anonymous meetings, and various faith-based sobriety groups. Alcoholism and drug addiction affects all levels of society from professionals to the homeless.
