♦ According to Rowan County Sheriff’s Office sources an older dented Gray Nissan pick-up truck was involved Sunday in two convenience store break-ins in East Rowan. Cheeseman’s Store at the intersection of Old Beatty Ford and Organ Church Roads and Charlie’s Mart on Faith Road near Faith, N.C. suffered break-ins. The same gray Nissan truck showed up on security cam video footage. The vehicle showed damage on the passenger side door and fender. At Charlie’s Mart the truck, utilizing a tow strap, attempted to pull the convenience store’s front door off.
