♦ According to Salisbury Police sources Kishan Rashad Shields, 22, of South Long Street in East Spencer, was arrested at 155 Redman Drive in Salisbury on Monday, August 14th for alleged breaking and entering-building (felony), larceny (felony), obtaining property by false pretenses (felony), possession of drug paraphernalia (misdemeanor), failure to appear/comply (misdemeanor), and driving while license revoked (misdemeanor).

Under a secured $20,560 bond, Shields is being held in the Rowan County Detention Center.
